What if she’s not ready?
And what if she is?
What if the world isn’t ready
For her truth?
Doesn’t the world deserve it?
Doesn’t she deserve it,
Ready or not?

The answer is a resounding, Yes! We all deserve our truth.
Even if the world isn’t ready for it. Even if we don’t feel ready for it.
So many of us spend a lot of precious time worrying what others will think or feel or react.
For some of us, this isn’t a weakness, it’s wiring.
Some of us are wired to worry more, to be more sensitive to the reactions of others, to be more concerned about how our actions or choices are perceived.
In large part because we physically feel the negativity from others deep in our bodies. And frankly, it’s a terrible feeling.
So worry we do. Until we’ve masked ourselves and held ourselves back to the point of sometimes not even knowing who we are anymore.
But we deserve our truth too. And we deserve not to be told we’re wrong, but to receive the same sensitivity and concern we demonstrate for others.
That is our truth. And much, much more.
What is the truth that needs to come from you today?
