And in the changing
She understands
She reaches out a hand
To what she could not grasp before,
To what had eluded her:
An invitation
A gift
A softening
On which to stand

Sometimes what we’re looking for is right there, hidden in plain sight.
And it doesn’t become apparent until we shift.
Until we embrace something new and different and let the old fall away.
Until we open up the space for new vision.
Change can be as simple as a new hairstyle, a new morning routine, or a week off work doing something we don’t usually do.
And it can be as complex a new house, new relationship, or a new job.
Holding space for the veil to move aside is the most important factor.
How are you making room for the gift of change today?
