thought provoking…but surrender to what?
I find that when I’m in meditation it’s often difficult for me to fully surrender to the practice and let go. I know if I do, I’ll experience this sense of timelessness; I’ve experienced it before. But there is an inherent fear (perhaps?) of letting go, allowing myself to get to that really deep place inside where I’m not constrained by my thoughts or other distractions and I can simply experience an “I Am” state. 💜
